No Return or Refund Policy
At American Dragon Designs, all our products are made to order with the utmost care and attention to detail. As each item is custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. To process your request, we will require photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
If a refund is issued, any applicable fees that were charged on the original order will not be refunded to you. These fees could include transaction, credit card processing, or any other fees. The refund will be minus the fees for that particular transaction. These fees could be as high as 3%.
How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item
- Take clear photos of the damaged or defective area of the product.
- Email the photos along with your order number and a brief description of the issue, to support@americandragondesigns.com.
- Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items due to sizing issues, color discrepancies, or buyer’s remorse. Please review the product details and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
- If an item is damaged due to shipping, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
